RECOMMENDATIONS

I came across Shamoe Lakhisaran during the course of Netherland India Business Meet 2018. She played a very active role – starting from convincing us for participation and subsequently with flawless planning and execution of all planned activities, Shamoe perfectly demonstrated her abilities in organisation and coordination. A true professional, Shamoe is a very warm person which helps her in smoothly establishing connect with one and all. “Creating Connections” is the most correct defining characteristic for her. I wish her all the successes in all future endeavours!!!

Sinds enkele jaren hebben wij kennis kunnen maken met de werkzaamheden van Shamoe Lakhisaran van Shamoe Creating Connections. Op bijeenkomsten die wij organiseren is er vaak iemand nodig  die de bijeenkomst (in)leidt,  de onderdelen van het programma aan elkaar praat, sprekers introduceert of aankondigt en het geheel samenvat of afsluit. Mw. Shamoe Lakhisaran hebben wij enkele keren gevraagd om een of meer van deze taken op zich te nemen, hetgeen ze naar onze mening over het algemeen prima heeft gedaan.

Shamoe heeft een goede representatieve uitstraling en geeft een spontane en enthousiaste indruk. Als ceremoniemeester handelt ze effectief in het licht van doelstelling die vooraf geformuleerd zijn door de organisatie. Ze is ook zeker bereid om hierover mee te denken of sparren. Tijdens de bijeenkomst is Shamoe in staat om de rust en orde te bewaken, maar is hierin tot op zekere hoogte zeer flexible met het programma wat plotseling aangepast kan worden. Ze heeft de kwaliteiten om een korte mondelinge samenvatting te geven van discussies die zijn gehouden op de symposia.

Kortom Shamoe is soepel en flexibel in de omgang met andere. Ze houdt zich aan gemaakte afspraken en neem tenslotte ook de tijd om bijeenkomsten te evalueren in het licht van verbeterpunten voor de toekomst.

I have known Shamoe Lakhisaran in a variety of capacities for many years, working as administrative support in a university and high tech environment to (team) manager in different companies.

Since one year she has been actively promoting our company, Control-Care, globally as company ambassador, recently through her private business SCC (Shamoe Creating Connections). Her multilingual communication skills (both written and verbal) allows her to connect with people in all kinds of disciplines. In addition, she is writing and editing company articles and reviewing our website content.

She has proven to be an open, warm, generous, hardworking and mostly persistent character which allows her to open doors that may remain closed to others. She is organized and never forgets an assignment.
